Unique shape of Prosta Tower defines shapes and spaces available on various levels. In the lower part of the building the typical floor space is 600 sqm, while in the higher part of the building spaces vary between 250 and 400 sqm.

Floor construction, glass covering providing perfect office space lighting conditions, 2 layer ceiling and technical floors allow flexibility of office space arrangement and possibility of dividing the space in comfortable units.

Fit-out and space arrangement can be done in such a manner to fulfil all, even complicated, needs of the tenants.

Prosta Tower was designed for most demanding office customers. The building offers over 8,000 sqm A class office space, equipped with air conditioning – controllable separately for each of the rooms within the office space, technical (raised) floor – allowing to hide all network and communication wiring spread in any possible manner throughout the office space. Two layer ceiling with integrated light will definitely enhance working comfort  already planned by the architects, providing over 500 lux power of light in any part of the office space.

Intelligent, top class BMS – Building Management System – will ensure constant supervision of all building’s areas, access control, fire prevention and security.

Architects have provided many solutions in the design of Prosta Tower dedicated to the specific needs of physically disabled people thus offering  comfortable and easy access to all parts of the building and easy communication between all the levels.

Building’s entrance is located directly at the street level and office communication is secured by four, fast and extremely quiet lifts starting their operation in the underground car park and going as high as the top floor.
